Władysław Frasyniuk (Born November 25, 1954 in Wrocław) - Polish politician, entrepreneur, an opposition activist in communist Poland, a former chairman of the Freedom Union and Democratic Party. In 1980 he joined the Solidarity Trade Union. From June to October 1981, he was a member of the National Negotiating Committee, then by December he was on the National Commission of the compound. 30 June 1981 became chairman of board of Lower Silesia Region. In 1981-1982 he headed the Regional Strike Committee in camera, Lower Silesia.
